* KDSoap now supports both Qt4 and Qt5
* Added support for cross-compilation with Qt5's qmake
  (so that kdwsdl2cpp is compiled as a host tool)

* Improve parsing of soap-enc:array restrictions, to use the correct element names, when specified
* Fix parsing of <soap:body use="encoded">, which sometimes didn't encode the parameters.
* Fix generation of classes with nested namespaces (A::B::C)
* Fix disappearing classes when the same file has classes with the same
   name in different namespaces.
* Fix hashing of QNames
* Fix conflict between complex type "Foo" and anonymous complex type "foo",
   both leading to a C++ class called "Foo".
* Ensure that <sequence maxOccurs="unbounded"> (or any value > 1) leads to a QList.
* Do not throw away derived classes during the "cleanup" phase
* Inheritance between complex types no longer uses a value() accessor,
  but actual C++ inheritance, with virtual serialize/deserialize.
* Change mapping of C++ reserved keywords (e.g. "inline", used in a WSDL file) to generate
   inline_() rather than _inline(), since _inline is also reserved by MSVC)
